Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 6-10+ years relevant work experience Experience in a business-to-business selling environment with regulated medical products, technology or healthcare Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota Results oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful team player Skilled delivery of engaging sales and product presentations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Tenacity and proficiency in developing “trusted advisor” status Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, conversion and closing skills Open to significant business travel Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, Google Suite and video conferencing solutions Proficiency in following CRM best practices Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills Excellent prioritizing, time management, planning and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations Polished and professional oral and written communications with strong attention to detail Relationship management skills (persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience and tenacity)
Responsibilities:
Bring new health plan logos to Vynca Maximize opportunity conversion and deal closure rate Achieve sales targets and outcomes Expand Vynca’s footprint and market share Build strategic relationships with clients Present, promote, and sell products/services Develop pitch decks and quarterly reports Collaborate with internal partners (product, operations, marketing, technology, finance) Respond to sales inquiries Coordinate end-to-end sales efforts Maintain high standards in client interactions Supply management with reports on customer needs and market activities Maintain CRM solutions with sales activity records Negotiate with clients and prepare sales contracts Ensure customer service satisfaction Participate in conferences and events Demonstrate comprehension of customer needs and market trends Demonstrate deep understanding of Vynca’s solution
