2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role Strong understanding of the product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues and sales processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant/related fields (Preferred) Experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering and Management within the Technology sector (Preferred)
