Assist the Paid Media and SEM team in expanding, optimizing, deploying, and monitoring our advertising campaigns in our non-US markets (UK, Canada, Australia, EU, etc.) in order to scale the business Act as a knowledge hub for best paid advertising best practices across international markets Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement Explore and test new marketing channels, creatives, platforms and networks Maintain weekly reporting and improve upon current reporting processes for better campaign management Monitor and analyze performance metrics including CPA, LTV, ROAS, and other paid media contribution Collaborate actively with marketing, creative, data science, product, designers and engineers to drive growth and optimization Analyze various algorithms, techniques, and statistical models for predictions in a dynamic data environment Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class product that makes a difference in people's lives
