Own and operate our marketing automation platform—Hubspot Build, test, and launch automated campaigns across email, web, and more Create lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and scoring models to support initiatives across all lifecycle stages Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales to align messaging and goals Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on real data Build out reports and dashboards for the marketing team in Hubspot to create more visibility into the different marketing channels performance Work with system admins to keep our CRM (Salesforce) in sync and clean so sales always has what they need Stay on top of data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and make sure we’re always in the clear Continuously optimize workflows to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI Provide training and support for team members on email, automation, campaign best practices and tools Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and RevOps team on implementing new tools
