Structural Project Manager - Woodframe Residential Projects

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with woodframe residential construction projects. Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards related to residential construction. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Fluency in English is mandatory, both verbal and written (C1-C2 Level).

Manage and oversee all phases of woodframe residential construction projects. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Conduct regular site visits. Facilitate communication with stakeholders. Lead project meetings and documentation.
