Requirements:
2+ years in a Solution Architect or technical sales engineering role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and executive audiences Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Solidity Deep understanding of Ethereum and blockchain infrastructure Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience. Deep understanding of security concerns and best practices in smart contract development. Proven experience building and delivering PoCs and technical proposals for enterprise clients. Experience supporting enterprise clients in a pre-sales or consultative capacity. Familiarity with the workflows and expectations of traditional financial institutions. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical account manager for major financial institutions, ensuring their technical needs are fully understood and addressed. Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver live product demos for enterprise clients. Assess client security requirements to design tailored solutions using OpenZeppelin’s products and services. Collaborate with Product and Security Services teams to refine offerings and prioritize enhancements based on client feedback. Create detailed technical proposals and solution documents to support seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation. Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate use cases in tokenization, DeFi integration, and secure smart contract systems. Provide technical support and architectural guidance to priority clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. Represent OpenZeppelin through thought leadership at webinars, conferences, and public forums to evangelize secure blockchain practices.
