Responsibilities:
Identify patterns in payment processing success, chargeback, and fraud rates by analyzing a large quantity of data Monitor and forecast payment-related metrics, such as acceptance rate and fraud rate, and predict customer behaviors through data analysis and modeling Understand the key drivers of company KPIs and their contribution to business performance through financial and statistical modeling Review and make recommendations toward payment processor allocation strategies Review transaction information and chargebacks files with various card brands, processors, and gateways Make recommendations to improve operations, anti-fraud processes and system enhancements
