Portfolio of interaction, UX, and visual design work 5+ years experience designing at scale in interaction, product, or UX/UI design Experience working on large scale financial consumer-experience app products (1m+ MAU's) Experience working on complex experiences that support or integrate multiple distinct products or services Deep technical Figma expertise Familiarity with AI-powered design tools Strong user instincts and proficiency in methods that generate actionable insights Strong ability to influence roadmaps and drive technical scoping Proven ability to lead lean experiments and use data-driven design Strong design advocacy skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) Experience designing within and scaling a modular, tokenized design system Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated use of AI in the performance of your role

Lead end-to-end design of product features and enhancements Work on customer repayments aspect of the mobile app Build on and contribute to the design system library Improve design team operations Explore and use AI tools to enhance design workflows Design clean, simple, and beautiful UI across the mobile app Create simple, elegant, and delightful flows and experiences Deliver well-documented designs for seamless handoff Turn conceptual ideas into valuable products Give and solicit feedback from other designers Help shape design team operations by evolving rituals, tools, and processes Partner with PMs and engineers to balance usability, technical constraints, and speed-to-market Liaise with cross-functional teams Expand the design system, building, refining, and documenting scalable components Run user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions
