Own and optimize the Management Liability portfolio and its P&L. Drive national and regional growth targets with territory and broker partners. Underwrite complex submissions and act as an escalation point for underwriting guidelines. Set and execute product strategy, including go-to-market initiatives. Develop target market initiatives and oversee product audits. Build scalable, systematic underwriting infrastructure, including guidelines and rating logic. Partner with data and engineering teams to codify underwriting logic for automation. Develop processes to capture and act on market trends to adjust rate strategy and appetite. Lead carrier relationships for Management Liability. Serve as the face of product leadership to strategic brokers. Deliver training and support to distribution teams. Collaborate with data science for scenario models and pricing experiments. Use performance data to recommend updates to strategy and operations.
