Requirements:

Willingness to relocate to Greece. Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone to German-speaking clientele. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care. Assist customers in navigating the platform to enhance their gaming experience. Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the support system. Engage in continuous training sessions to expand knowledge of products and services.
