5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Proven track record of running successful global campaigns that have driven measurable pipeline growth. Strong experience of full-funnel marketing strategies, ABM and sales alignment. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC, ActiveCampaign, 6sense, PathFactory). Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a scale-up, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
