Experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, content strategy or category design. A track record of building or activating ambitious challenger brands. Exceptional writing grounded in narrative craft and point-of-view storytelling. Ability to turn abstract ideas into frameworks that unlock speed for others. Confidence working across PMM, content, product, design, and leadership. Curiosity and fluency in AI-enabled brand creation (LLMs, automation, prompts, brand models). A hunger to build something generational, not maintain something inherited. Experience supporting a rebrand (bonus). Previous work in fintech or marketplace categories (bonus). Experience with Notion or similar tools for collaborative documentation (bonus).
