Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of sales portfolio management experience selling software solutions. Demonstrated ability to credibly and effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a sales pipeline and forecast accurately to executives. Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment base.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end. Partner with Account Executives to provide seamless support during renewals. Identify and manage client stakeholders and build relationships. Review and understand contract terms and conditions. Identify commercial opportunities to increase customer utilization. Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback. Super user of corporate CRM. Support the growth and automation of renewal processes. Manage end-to-end forecast under territory portfolio. Mitigate down sales and maintain a strong baseline and increasing renewals. Design and implement a data-driven sales plan. Define repeatable processes and playbooks. Accelerate customer usage, adoption, and satisfaction. Develop presentations illustrating solution value. Coordinate sales efforts with Product, Marketing and Legal teams. Use Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts. Other duties as assigned.
