Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a SaaS company. Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. Fluency in Japanese is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
