Partner with Sales Managers and Channel Managers to support daily telecom sales activities. Prepare and review quotes, track opportunities and orders, and maintain accurate records. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams. Interface with telecom carriers and vendors to check availability, track orders, and resolve issues. Troubleshoot order delays or provisioning bottlenecks. Maintain clear and timely communication across all stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
