Requirements:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD. 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD. Strong understanding of payment networks, processes, and ecosystem participants. Experienced solution sales leader with a record of accomplishment for delivering results. Ability to identify inspired path forward to partner, structure creative financial partnership constructs, and demonstrate success in contract negotiations. Strong customer-facing communication skills. Experience in managing relationships and cultivating deep, trusted partnerships. Responsibilities:
Drive strategy, pipeline, and agenda for banks and credit unions in the Northeast region. Identify strategic opportunities through client engagement. Develop strong understanding of customer business needs to deliver value. Serve as the face of Visa to clients and partners, drive thought leadership. Engage with industry associations to drive Visa engagement. Review market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. Focus on execution and deliverables, with a proven record of exceeding goals. Identify strategic innovation and development opportunities. Operate with sales discipline using Visa’s CRM systems/tools. Influence client's vision for future of payments. Review client strategies and market landscapes to identify themes and insights. Develop client engagement approaches to meet business objectives. Deliver on annual goals and objectives. Represent Visa at industry meetings and trade shows, lead external speaking engagements.
