Requirements:
Minimum of three or more years’ recruiting experience. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles.
Responsibilities:
Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader. Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements. Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans. Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites. Articulate value proposition to candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews. Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates. Draft and utilize phone interview templates. Use independent judgement to compare candidate phone interview notes. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process. Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details. Articulate a job offer to candidate and drive for candidate acceptance. Strict adherence to all regulations. Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
