Requirements
- Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment
- Practical understanding of the WordPress platform is preferred
- Ability to deescalate project risks by developing collaborative solutions with team and leadership
- Client-facing experience as the main point of contact for requests, escalations, and consultation
- Effective leader of cross-discipline project teams (strategy, design, engineering, QA, support)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 - 7 active projects
- Track and analyze project progress and budget burn
- Ensure superior quality deliverables through collaboration and QA enforcement
- Lead discovery engagements to define project requirements and client goals
- Identify strategic opportunities to engage with clients and expand account value
