Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects within banking or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2).
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office suite.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end, including deployment and development phases.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
- Knowledge of banking systems and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Flexibility for occasional teleconferences outside standard hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and supervision of international project teams within the IT infrastructure domain, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with scope, timing, and budget objectives.
- Support versioning and deployment processes for ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate on benefit realization and facilitate risk mitigation activities across projects.
- Manage inter-project dependencies at the program level, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, including project status updates and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and governance.
- Conduct periodic project reviews, health checks, and quality gate assessments to maintain high standards.
