Requirements:
Advanced level of English and Polish (spoken and written). Comfortable using data tools such as CRM systems and dashboards. Ability to learn quickly and focus on results. Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and managing stress. Possess a strong sense of empathy. Experience in travel industry (concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, tour operators) is advantageous. Experience in account or service management (B2B is a plus).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to person for key partners and handle escalations. Monitor ongoing cases in CRM and address issues proactively. Provide regular updates to clients and ensure their satisfaction. Track service metrics and prepare reports using Tableau and SQL. Attend client meetings to understand needs and communicate them internally. Collaborate with ops, support, and tech teams for service improvement.
