Financial Analyst

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. B2 English (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Analyze financial statements and business performance to provide actionable insights. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and key financial indicators. Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
