Lead Financial Products and Payment Solutions (f/m/x) - remote

Deep expertise in payments, lending, financial products, or structured financing Experience in building and scaling financial solutions in a fintech, or platform business Strong relationship and negotiation skills with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, PSP management, and cross-border transaction flows Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills Knowledge of FX management, treasury, or liquidity optimization is a plus Strong understanding of regulatory framework around Fintech and Banking is a plus Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset

Develop financial products from scratch Establish and manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, and financial service providers Define and execute a long-term PSP strategy Build and present investment and funding cases Oversee business and financial performance of new financial solutions Evaluate and develop in-house payment capabilities and FX strategies Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver automated, compliant, and scalable financial solutions Represent Refurbed externally in negotiations with financial partners
