Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
- Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred
- Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
- Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
- Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects
- Serve as the primary client liaison
- Lead implementation teams
- Lead sprint planning and execution
- Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps
- Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions
- Ensure architecture decisions meet business objectives
- Present project progress and deliverables to clients
- Communicate project health to executive and account management teams
- Coach and mentor team members
