Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience with 14+ years in lieu of degree)
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or data integration roles
- Proven experience leading Agile and DevSecOps teams in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or VAEC
- Strong background in microservices architecture, APIs, and large-scale data platforms
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containers, and modern DevSecOps toolchains
- Knowledge of security frameworks including RMF and Zero Trust architectures
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize work effectively, and drive delivery in complex environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for data ingestion, transformation, interoperability, and integration across distributed systems
- Own and prioritize product backlog items, drive sprint planning, and ensure Agile delivery aligns with program objectives
- Provide technical leadership across data engineering, AI/ML, and enterprise system integration initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery timelines, technical direction, and mission needs
- Oversee DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and release management
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, privacy requirements, and operational standards such as RMF and Zero Trust
