Requirements

- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Attention to detail in managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ability to work in a consultative and solution-oriented manner
- Willingness to travel up to 30% annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
- Oversee resource allocation, task coordination, and project execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with delivery goals
- Conduct executive-level status meetings
- Manage client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Stay current on ERP systems and industry best practices
- Support continuous improvement in delivery processes
