Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large law firm accounts across the UK and EMEA. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, CIOs, and legal operations leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with Elite’s product offerings. Conduct regular business reviews to track success metrics and drive strategic engagement. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Elite’s product suite. Monitor account health, adoption trends, and client feedback to proactively address issues and mitigate churn risk. Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Solutions Consulting to deliver client value. Maintain accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and communications in Salesforce. Navigate complex client organizations to uncover new stakeholders and expand Elite’s footprint. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
