Requirements:
5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and growing existing client relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers. Familiarity with ERP, legal tech, or financial management software preferred. Experience collaborating across departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently. Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large law firm accounts across the UK and EMEA. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, CIOs, and legal operations leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with Elite’s product offerings. Conduct regular business reviews to track success metrics and drive strategic engagement. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Elite’s product suite. Monitor account health, adoption trends, and client feedback to proactively address issues and mitigate churn risk. Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Solutions Consulting to deliver client value. Maintain accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and communications in Salesforce. Navigate complex client organizations to uncover new stakeholders and expand Elite’s footprint. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
