Staff TypeScript Engineer (Library & Algorithm Focus) - Remote- EMEA

3+ years of professional experience building and maintaining TypeScript libraries/packages Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js Familiarity with GraphQL ecosystems, federation, code generation, or client libraries Experience with modern testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, or similar) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Solid grasp of npm package workflows, semantic versioning, and monorepo tooling Huge interest in graph algorithms Open-source contributions or personal projects showcasing library-building skills Excellent communication skills in English

Architect and implement reusable TypeScript modules (npm packages) Develop advanced GraphQL federation utilities and clients Build graph algorithms and performance-critical data structures Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, property-based) Set up CI pipelines for quality gates, code coverage, and linting Optimize algorithms for low latency and minimal bundle size Refine API ergonomics and developer experience (DX) Gather feedback from product and customer teams Diagnose and fix edge-case bugs in production Engage with the open-source community, review contributions, and mentor maintainers
