Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, specifically with HRIS, people analytics, HR compliance, and data governance Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with data visualization software, e.g., PowerBI, is strongly preferred Strong proficiency with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance Management systems Strong understanding of labor laws and the desire/ability to stay updated on new and evolving legislation Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills Proven track record in designing and implementing HR technology solutions within a global organization High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
