Senior Systems Administator

10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator. Strong project management skills. Hands-on experience with system testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication. Experience with trade compliance systems (e.g., Datacart) is a plus. Logistics and/or retail industry experience preferred. Preference for candidates with longer tenures at previous roles.

Support application deployments and onboarding processes. Manage post-change validations. Collaborate with IT to test and communicate system patches and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Create and maintain documentation. Coordinate efforts across teams to resolve system issues. Lead and support project management tasks. Facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
