Requirements:
3-6+ years of senior-level design experience At least 1 year of people management experience preferred Experience in creative direction, marketing design, or responsive web design Digital portfolio showcasing web design, marketing design, and branding skills Experience working with AI tools and producing client-ready assets powered by AI outputs Experience collaborating with developers and documenting designs for development hand-off Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities in English Proficiency in Figma Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of designers, providing support in strategy, project management, design feedback, and career development. Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into workflows to drive efficiency and build processes/trainings. Lead Creative Direction engagements for paid and organic marketing channels. Lead UI/UX engagements for e-commerce websites, focusing on branded UI and conversion-focused UX. Present design and creative direction work to clients. Manage design projects from discovery to hand-off. Develop component systems and maintain design guidelines.
