Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 2-5 years relevant experience in eCommerce, particularly in setting up products on retail/marketplace websites.
- Expertise in content optimization to boost conversion rates.
- Familiarity with eCommerce Key Performance Indicators (Traffic, AOV, Conversion Rate) and the supporting inputs that drive performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity and experience with marketplace tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- The ability to quickly learn and train the team on new tools as needed.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the setup and maintenance of new products on all platforms based on seasonal New Product Introductions (NPIs) or assortment expansion strategies.
- Updates product content seasonally for SEO optimizations.
- Gathers product details and assets, including photos and copy, to ensure comprehensive and optimized listings.
- Monitors order flows (Order Flow Monitoring):
- Monitors sales (Sales Monitoring):
- Performs partner site audits to ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensures product compliance and monitors accounts (Product Compliance / Account Monitoring):
- Conducts In-Season and Post-Season Analysis:
- Monitors Inventory and Pricing Management:
- Update pricing across retail partnerships.
- Collects and organizes reconciliation forms from partners into Excel sheets for accounting purposes.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
