Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM, customer service, or workflow platforms. Strong grasp of value-selling principles, business case development, and storytelling through demos. Passion for innovation and curiosity in applying AI and automation. Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Ability to travel as necessary to support territory needs.
