Provide consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in Veeva's Vault platform and CRM product Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer Partner with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions Build, test, and deploy changes to live environments Partner with internal stakeholders to identify needs, align priorities, and set timelines Provide overall support for post-implementation activities including ad hoc support and troubleshooting Educate customers on product and platform releases and industry best practices Facilitate building a continuously growing and collaborative team environment
