Previous payments or operational processing experience in a banking or fintech environment is welcomed but not crucial.

Complete operational processes accurately and on time for client service. Process high volume Client Payments using inhouse back-office system and third party banking portals. Maintain high accuracy and quality when inputting Client beneficiary information. Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) sender classifications on incoming funds. Accurately allocate funds to client accounts. Identify and escalate operational issues for quick resolution. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of incoming funds and outgoing payments to clients. Develop and maintain knowledge of internal systems/processes and external payments networks. Handle time optimally and complete all tasks within SLA. Work collaboratively as part of a global team, embodying communication and collaboration values.
