1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage with clients, customs authorities, and other stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be a proven team player—seriously, demonstrate it. Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems. Proficiency with computers and software; detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Mandarin are considered assets (preferred but not required).
