Requirements:
Must be based in the USA. Must be comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Existing client base or network within the SMB sector. Strong understanding of the value and application of Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your existing network of SMB clients to promote and sell Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams during the onboarding process. Track outreach efforts and sales pipeline through regular reporting.
