Hands-on expertise implementing, managing, and optimizing business systems, including Hubspot (system architecture, implementation, and optimization), Gong, Gainsight, Stripe, and other GTM tools. Experience leading and mentoring globally distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in revenue analytics, sales performance tracking, managing reports, dashboards, and forecasting models. Experience building and managing end-to-end workflows across the entire customer journey. Expertise in sales compensation plan design and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
