Deep understanding of various partner models including re-sellers, white-label, and revenue-sharing frameworks. Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and influence product adoption. Established network across the Japan HCM and payroll landscape. Demonstrated success in both enterprise partnerships and hands-on, tactical partner execution. Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks. Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with competing priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with HCM ecosystems like SAP, Oracle, Workday is a strong advantage.
