Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in psychotherapy; inclusive of at least one year delivering telehealth services using appropriate remote tools to virtually connect with patients.

Responsibilities:
- Services to be provided remotely to individuals seeking therapy for mental health disorders and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Assess and diagnose patients for mental health/ substance use diagnoses using DSM and/or ASAM criteria.
- Prepare individualized treatment plans to address mental health or co-occurring disorders of the patient with the input of the patient, relevant providers and patient’s chosen supports.
- Provides diagnostic, treatment, referral, and crisis intervention services for patients in accordance with standards established by incumbent's professional mental health organization (such as Association for Marriage and Family Therapy; Association for Professional Counselors, National Association for Social Workers, American Psychological Association, etc.).
- Conducts individual psychotherapy for adults.
- Coordinates service provision to patients and consults with professional colleagues as needed to promote optimal patient care including appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation or medication.
- Participates in interdisciplinary case conferences.
- Conducts risk assessments and referrals as appropriate.
- Maintains all appropriate patient records in the Electronic Medical Record according to documentation policies and guidelines.
- Participates in committee, departmental, and team meetings as relevant and required.
