Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators producing consistently high-quality, high-impact work.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire GTM motion.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities while collaborating with the analytics and strategy team to measure and monitor new trends.
  • Oversee all GTM processes, including process optimization, territory management, forecasting, and the operating cadence
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue analytics, and finance teams, to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed.
  • Build and own our GTM operating cadence, ensuring it is helping us forecast and understand the business with actionable insights
