Product Design Manager (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

Experience in Product organizations in fast-paced environments. Higher education in a design-related degree or similar experience. Successfully worked in complex, consumer-facing international businesses. Excellent hybrid Lead with visual and interaction design skills. Proven experience in using and contributing to a Design System. Proficient with Figma & FigJam. Experience leading sessions with stakeholders. Very experienced at creating interactive prototypes. Accustomed to working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Track record of delivering projects that users love. 7+ years of UX Design background with evidence of expertise in end-to-end design. Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling midsize Product Design teams. Proven understanding of business goals and product metrics. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methods. Solid understanding of A/B testing. Strong UI skills. A strong portfolio/presentation with case studies. Proven experience with direct reports.
