Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to drive alignment through metric collection, metric scoping, and Sigma dataset creation
  • Work on systems to ensure our productivity metrics are accurate and actionable so that we can continue to ensure our teams are performing their best
  • ProdOps tracks capitalizable software projects across all teams to ensure our finance team has the data they need to manage the business effectively. You will work to automate as much of this process as possible to get the data quickly and efficiently
  • Implement and facilitate retrospectives in the product organization to allow for root cause analysis and incremental process improvements over time
  • Provide perspectives and insights that will help guide the Product Operations strategy
