Requirements:
4+ years of experience in executive assistance, communications, or marketing Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships Strong organizational and time-management skills Highly motivated, resourceful, and a go-getter mentality Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail) Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus Comfortable working flexible hours when needed

Manage and triage Founder's inbox Optimize calendar management and schedule meetings Maintain and update databases Oversee computer and equipment maintenance Manage office supplies and maintenance Arrange travel and accommodations Create expense reports Triage and respond to client inquiries Maintain and update CRM Assist in organizing business development activities Send welcome packages to new clients Support website and social content updates Manage online award entries Reach out to journalists and send press releases Research contacts for journalists and events Support founders in press or event initiatives Assist in managing social media content calendar Coordinate in-house projects and events Research speaking engagements for founders Research opportunities for new business Maintain payroll system Draft employee and freelancer contracts Manage sick leave protocols Support recruitment processes Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding Process accounts payable and receivable Perform weekly bookkeeping reconciliations
