Defines the methodology strategy for our Carbon Action Manager. Supervises the delivery of methodology development initiatives. Oversees the organization and documentation of knowledge on carbon management issues. Monitors changes in the global landscape through research and market scans. Engages in building strong external relationships with customers and experts. Represents EcoVadis as the in-house expert on carbon management issues. Contributes to the definition of the overall EcoVadis methodology strategy. Manages a team of carbon methodology analysts and data analysts. Promotes and embodies the company’s vision and values. Defines clear roles and responsibilities for team members and drives team performance. Develops, supports, coaches, motivates, and rewards team members. Guides the development of skills and competencies of team members. Creates a cohesive team environment. Conducts performance appraisals & salary review, and manages attendance & team capacity.
