Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the accurate preparation and review of the US federal, state and foreign income tax provision under ASC740 and FIN 48, prepared by external tax advisors
  • Accurate and timely completion and initial review of US federal, state, and foreign income tax compliance prepared by external tax advisors
  • Perform and document associated SOX controls for tax accounting and reporting
  • Actively participating in projects that have a tax impact throughout their lifecycle from planning, research, modeling, including communication of tax implications to executive management
  • Drive continued refinement of long-term income tax model projections
  • Capture US tax impacts of mergers and acquisitions
  • Actively monitor and analyze US international legislation that may impact our operations
  • Analyze and review the tax impact of the inter-company transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
