Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on technology and professional services-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns for technology and professional services clients.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations relevant to the industries.
• Implement strategies to minimize tax liability and optimize benefits for clients.
• Timely and proactively communicate with clients on engagement status, serving as the primary service contact.
• Provide guidance on tax-related queries and assist clients in understanding complex tax issues while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Supervise and mentor tax team members, guiding on technical matters and career development.
• Manage Tax Supervisors' and Tax Seniors’ workloads and deadlines effectively.
