Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer calls, chat help, outbound customer follow up Entering orders, answering emails, data entry, filing duties Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner Answering incoming calls, text, emails and chats across multiple platforms Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities Be willing to help team members complete various tasks Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information Fully utilize the systems, tools, training, and resources provided Assist other departments with varies tasks as needed
