Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach
- Effective communication: Empathetic and active listener, ability to communicate value proposition
- Experience with CRMs and Customer Services tools (Insightly CRM, HubSpot)
- Ability to prioritize and handle high volume of work while maintaining quality
- Critical thinker with ability to absorb new information and apply past experiences
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily
- Complete >100 outbound calls a day
- Enroll 25% or more of all connected leads
- Ensure 25% or more of connected members take a class within 1 week
- Maintain 92% or higher customer satisfaction score
