Geriatrician - Licensed in OH, WA, NV, FL (Preferred)

Completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Geriatrics with extensive experience caring for older adults Expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders Experience with and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary care teams Ability to work remotely and see patients by telemedicine Holistic approach to the care of patients with dementia and caregivers Passion for educating families and other clinical providers Strong problem-solving skills and creativity/flexibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Licensed in OH, WA, NV, FL (Preferred) Strong understanding of strategies to prevent cognitive decline and dementia Proven track record of successfully leading clinical teams Passion for building and iterating on a novel care model and technical platform Strong leadership and team management skills

Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers Identify areas of improvements in the care model and technical platform Collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations to deliver on key clinical KPIs Provide memory care training and oversight of new hires Develop, implement, and maintain a curriculum of regular educational conferences for clinical providers Provide necessary oversight of the interdisciplinary team
