1+ years’ experience in providing direct hardware and software support. 1+ years’ experience in providing audio visual support is preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional setting preferred. Understanding of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite required. Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Experience providing remote access support strongly preferred. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision required. GED/High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
