Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in providing direct hardware and software support. 1+ years’ experience in providing audio visual support is preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional setting preferred. Understanding of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite required. Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Experience providing remote access support strongly preferred. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision required. GED/High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support during various shifts. Quickly and accurately resolve end-user issues. Provide technical advice/support for various devices and applications. Document all support interactions and resolutions. Assist in documenting support impacts of new technology. Maintain knowledge of supported hardware and software. Assist in maintaining the IT Internal Knowledge Base. Triage and escalate incidents as necessary. Assist with special projects and maintain reliable internet access.
